Talens Panda Oil Pastels are soft, round oil pastels ideal for beginners and classroom use. Made with finely ground, lightfast pigments, these opaque, full stick pastel colors lay down rich, creamy color and have great covering power. They perform well when combined with gouache and watercolor and are suitable for use on a variety of surfaces, including paper, board, wood, drawing foil, cellophane, unglazed earthenware, fabrics, and stone.
