Description All of the beer bread mix ingredients are suitable for vegans except for the Italian Cheese Bread Mix.Contains gluten Method:    Pre-heat oven to 190˚ Pour entire contents of Barrett’s Ridge Original into a bowl. Add 1 x 330 ml beer at room temperature. Stir until the batter is thoroughly mixed through. Scrape batter into a buttered loaf tin. For an extra crispy crust, brush your loaf with melted butter before baking. Bake for approximately 45 minutes.
