2006-2016 Ford Super Duty Super Crew No Power Glass w/ Shoulder Belt Sealed This is a Ford Super Duty Super Crew Sub Box for the 2006-16 F250 and F350 trucks. Ford Super Duty Super Crew F250 and F350 trucks don’t have a lot of options. Space behind the rear seat is at a premium and under the seat is not much of an option. For 2006-15, the boxes are 55×16.75×7.375 and the rear wall carpet must be cut to fit. This box has cutouts in it to fit around the rear shoulder seat belt but does not have the cutout for the rear power window motor. There are also recesses to fit around the vents on the back wall for extra mounting depth. It is 1.8cuft shared airspace and will work for some 8″ traditional subs, or 10” and 12” shallow subs. The carpet on the back wall must be cut out for sub box to fit. It is a snug fit and may be easier to install with the rear seat unbolted. For trucks with the rear shoulder belt, the plastic covering it can be trimmed down and fits nicely back into place. If you need anything special feel free to ask. This is a sealed subwoofer enclosure. Sealed subwoofer enclosures have a tight and punchy bass that is more articulate and truer to the music with a more natural sound. For customers who want louder, deeper bass with the lower bass more pronounced, a ported enclosure is what you want. Because of the ported design, the bass will not be as tight and punchy, but there is typically double the bass of a sealed box with the same subs and power. If big bass is what you want, then our ported designs will be what you want. This box is made from 3/4″ MDF and is fully carpeted in matching carpet. The nickel-plated spring-loaded speaker terminals are mounted on the back of the box and the speaker wires are soldered on for a solid and reliable connection. Ford Gallery
